I feel so good every day now that I drink these in the morning - I didn’t realize all the negative effects coffee had on me before these. I like my drinks a little sweeter, so I just add some honey or maple syrup to the lattes & mix with 1/2 water 1/2 almond milk! So delicious this way!
I love the Blossom Matcha and have incorporated it as part of my daily morning ritual. I do one scoop mixed with hot water and lavender syrup and add that to either steamed milk or iced milk. I feel energy without a crash and it tastes great!
