Our vanilla lavender sleep latte was consciously crafted to help you wake up feeling vibrant and refreshed. with clinically-effective levels of valerian root, l-theanine and gaba to quiet your mind, put you to sleep, and keep you asleep. Think stronger than a tea, but without the severity of a sleeping pill.

Mixed with oat milk powder, just drop one packet of our lavender sleep latte into eight ounces of hot or cold water and feel the oncoming relaxation within the hour. Valerian root has been shown to cut "sleep latency" or the time it takes you to fall asleep. While valerian root does its work, l-theanine begins to relax your mind, stoping the racing thoughts that have you tossing and turning.

And once you're asleep, GABA kicks in to help you stay in your NREM cycle longer, ensuring a more restful evening without the morning grogginess you may be familiar with from sleeping pills.

Only thing that can get me to sleep

I tried the Blume Lavender drink and it did not taste good at all. Also, it didn’t do anything for me. Blossom, on the other hand tastes so much better and puts me to sleep! Met the founder at a pop-up and I am so glad I did!
